"answers_question": "Can you put 96GB of RAM in a Framework Laptop 13?",
"text": "Every part and box carries a QR code linking to the online manual, and the simple standard tools you need are included with the purchase. The board comes installed in the chassis with the CPU you pick when ordering; I picked the AMD Ryzen 7 7840U, the best option available at the time.\nThe two RAM slots are directly accessible and my two 48GB modules were an easy fit. The 8TB NVMe drive slides into its slot and secures with a single screw. The bottom case closes with standard screws, no glue or sticky tape anywhere.\nEach side takes swappable port modules: USB-C, USB-A, HDMI, DisplayPort, Ethernet or microSD, so you carry the ports you need instead of dongles. Old main boards can live on as standalone computers in a compact case Framework sells.",
