"answers_question": "What is the Agentic Web?",
"text": "For decades the web has been humans talking to machines: you type a query and a computer shows a list of websites. The Agentic Web flips that around, with AI agents acting as assistants that talk to other agents on your behalf.\nInstead of searching for a restaurant's website, your agent asks the restaurant's agent for the menu, checks for a free table and books it. The same pattern works for ordering takeout, buying tickets for a club night or getting a quote from a contractor, with language models acting as universal translators that bridge language and context.\nPreparing for it now is low risk and high reward: even if the breakthrough takes longer than expected, you end up with a website that is exceptionally clean and well organised.",
