A static site generator that lives as a ZIP file inside the site's own configuration in my CMS, the Lemmid Manager. Check it out, change it, check it in. On save the Manager unpacks the ZIP, runs the build and syncs the result to the server; no generator lives on a laptop any more, the Manager holds the only copy. An AI agent works in that same loop on its own working copy and reports back: checked out, changed, verified, checked in. With the web server configuration and certificates automated as well, six websites went live on it in ten days in June, and more than twenty-five since.
