Summary
Yes. By early 2021 I had ridden about 11.000 km on Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour tires on my commuter bike without a single puncture. Schwalbe's claim that they are unplattable held up in daily use.

My commuter bike is a modified Sensa Cintura that I ride multiple days a week, pretty much all year round, with about 21.000 km on it at the time of writing. I started out experimenting with road racing tires on it, but I was quickly fed up with flats: I want my daily commute to be hassle free. So I fitted Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour tires, and they turned out to be real beasts. Over the roughly 11.000 km they had been on the bike, through winters with snow, salt and sand on the roads, I did not have a single puncture. Schwalbe claims the tires are unplattable, and based on my experience that claim is valid.
