Read the server logs, not a tracking script, and count two things. The agents themselves: ChatGPT-User fetches a page when someone asks a question, GPTBot when it stocks up, and they are named in the user agent, so a log-based tool can show them by name. My own statistics, Lemmid Count, put them on a card called read by AI agents, with a toggle between all, humans and bots. And the people: Count shows the sources of human visits next to the agents, so a click through from an answer shows up as a source like any other. On a restaurant site in early July that read: ChatGPT 75 pages, Claude 51, and 185 human pageviews. One screen per site, in the owner's pocket.
